SKYNET COURIER SHOCKING SERVICE

A package for a customer of my small business was collected on the 28th November 2022 and still has not been delivered, it is the 16th December 2022!!

I have contacted skynet multiple times and it has resulted in nothing. I have been on the customer service line for almost 30 minutes and have not been helped. That parcel was worth over R1000.

SKyNet is this how you service small local businesses?? Absolutely shocking, not to mention the bad experience this leaves with this first time customer of my business.

I am demanding a refund as well as won't be using them any time soon.
