Skynet courier services a bunch of *****sters

I completed an application with Vodacom last week and was told that the delivery would take 3 to 5 business days.The following day I was advised that a delivery attempt was made and was not available.No sms or call was received from Skynet wrt making me aware of the delivery.Today I waited again but the was no delivery eventhough the parcel was out for delivery.When I checked the website to track the delivery there's an update stating that the delivery was unsuccessful.Again no call or sms was sent to me to notify me of the delivery.I really considering cancelling the entire application with vodacom because it's clear that I won't be getting this parcel anytime soon.
