Skynet Courier poor service

So i have a paecel coming to me from the UK. Ordered on the 26th of May 2018. Still waiting for it

I got a call yesterday morning confirming it's out for delivery. I take the day off to be able to receive the parcel myself. Nothing happens

I give them a call. They tell me it was sent with the midrand driver and i live in northcliff. The lady then said to me it will be taken back to the hub and sent to the correct address the following day. Which is today the 9th of May.

I am at home waiting. I give them a call for follow up around 12.00. And they told me that the parcel is still at the warehouse and hasn't been sent our for delivery?

I am extremely disappointed in their services and wouldn't suggest it to anyone!!
