Skynet courier is **** !!!!!!!!

Skynet customer contact not working. Please dont use this courier services its been 4 days since my parcel were dispatched for delivery. I tried contacting them many times after tracking my parcel and it saying that delivery was unsuccessful. No answer on the phone. Vodacom keeps sending me back to the same ****pie service that they hired.
