Skynet coerier of important cross country letter from BMW finance

On 15th November i enquired from BMW finance about my Cross border letter that i have to produce at the Namibia border to cross the border. Although BMW said it will be couriered within 2-3 days it was 10 days later and i still did not receive anything from Skynet courier company. BMW supp**** be with tracking number and requested me to take it up with Skynet JHB branch. I immediately phoned them and 4 x times a different operator "put me through to a supervisor" and i was cut off. Everytime i had to phone back. Then the last operator told me to phone the Cape Town branch of Skynet as the CT branch said the address supp**** was a " bad address" I then phone CT branch of Skynet and the same happens. 3 x I was put through to a certain JJ who does not answer his phone and i was cut off. Had to go through the whole process of phoning back and cut off. Eventually i said to the last operator that she must NOT put me through to JJ again as he obviously is not interested into answering his phone. I then asked about the bad address. The operator also eventually agreed with me that i (BMW finance) gave a clear and reasonable delivery address and that they should not have missed the address. They than promise that this JJ would phone me back, which did not happened. Eventually the operator phoned me back to say that she is looking for authority to deilver the parcel (letter) to me and i am still waiting.. Except from the one operator i had the worse experience and most unproffesional service from any Courier company yet. Thus far 10 days from JHB to Cape Town for a letter which still has not been delivered.
