Skynet causing me to drive my vehicle with an expired license

I ordered my vehicle license over a week ago (also did this in 2023 and it worked seamlessly). 3 days later I was told that my order was "out for delivery", but no one arrived, and I received no call - the waybill was then updated to reflect that I was "not available" which is completely untrue! Since then, my license has expired and I have called their call centre every day and have been on hold for a MINIMUM of 20 minutes while waiting to get through to a person. Every time I get hold of someone I get empty promises that my delivery is being escalated and will be delivered today, but nothing arrives. A friend of mine who ordered their license on the same day received theirs two days ago. Skynet will you be paying my fine when I get stopped at a roadblock?!?!?!?! How can I get my document delivered to me!?!?!?!? WAYBILL: ***
