SkyNet bunch of useless ****s

Last week Tuesday the 26th I ordered a Data only Sim from Vodacom and Thursday SkyNet called asking for my delivery address and had to call them Friday morning with my tracking number to which I was promised the item will be delivered Monday the 2nd of December 2024, to no avail. On the 4th of December I called their office and spoke to Nqobile who put me through to their Vodacom section every time (about 4 times) and in the end she was speaking to Mbali at some point I was put through to the same dep with no END result. At close of business I ended up calling Vodacom to complain and was advised SkyNet reported delivery failure when they never made any attempt to deliver the item amounting to the highest level of uselessness and I wish I never have to deal with this specific company in my life again. I also hope Vodacom ditched them as one of their service providers (bunch of useless ****s)
