Skynet blatently **** about a collection

Skynet is the couriers that Takealot use. They were supposed to collect a return from me on Wednesday 13 December, then Thursday, Friday and again Monday. They confirmed via SMS but never arrived on those days. They then say I was not available which is a lie as it is a business premises with staff present from 8 am to 5 pm and I have surveillance cameras proving they never arrived. Blatant lies and deception. Avoid this company.
