Skynet *********s you out of your hard earned cash!

I order a package at Chain Reaction Cycles that made its way to South Africa via Skynet. When they sent me the documentation for duties, an additional R200 was included in the fee. When I queried this, Dalene Sithole blatantly ignored me. I was just sent the same message again. When I complained again about it (but paid it), I was told by Dalene that they "follow the protocol of SARS" and that it was for "Skynet preparing paper work on behalf of SARS". This is blatantly an effort to milk a customer for more money after shipping has already been paid for. It is actually not a milking, but rather ********* as you are reminded of penalties and late fees.
