Skynet bad service

I have made a booking with Droppa on the 7th of April with a 1-3 day service and payed...guess what until this day I haven't received my parcel when I asked I was told my address doesn't have a street name or a street number , yesterday was the promised day for delivery they said all delivery cars went out to collect parcel to be delivered meaning mine is less important to them as they left it there but went to collect others...this is the first time I used their service I will never ever use them ever again they have a very bad and poor service and wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
