Skynet bad service

My parcel was out for Delivery on the 10 January 2023 ,took the day off to receive it only to stay home the whole day ,and when I tracked the status late at night the status said Customer refused delivery, I called the call center 11 January in the morning the Consultant told me that the parcel was returned to them because i refused delivery because of the size ,I ordered size 1 and that is the size I got when I went to the skynet warehouse to collect my parcel and it's the correct size and My parcel was already opened when I collected it.
