SKYNET ARE THE WORST COURIER SERVICE OUT THERE!

I don't know why on earth does Vodacom let Skynet be their courier company. My order from Vodacom is still with you for 2 weeks and yet didn't deliver it. That was supposed to be a gift for Christmas and I don’t think I will get my product soon. Very ***********, should I have to visit your Durban branch just to pick up my product?
