Skynet appauling service

Worst service ever.. paid for an customes for a Temu order via Peach payments on the 5th June and i've been getting notifications of non-payment. I've tried all avenues of customer care email, telephone where after an hour everyday i gad to drop because its costing me more to follow up.. to make matter worst the WhatsApp platfomr, someone ask what your problem is and they never continue with the conversation - they just leave you hanging. Their automated comms said they'll get back to you in 4hrs and its 5 days later..now i've had to pay again to try and not risk my items being sent back.... pathetic service, it cant be that to get back to a customers takes this long...
