Skynet and RMTC

Online payment for licenses delivered by skynet SA is sham.I paid for my license on the 28th Nov it's still not delivered after 12 days.RMTC doesn't make follow up at all.You have to follow up on your own whereas u paid for the services.They are indeed a joke
