Skynet and Nintendo: unreliable

I purchased items from Nintendo online, some of which were for my son for Christmas. They were collected by Skynet from Nintendo on the 13th of December and didn't arrive in time for Christmas. The customer care centre rep**** to my email apologising, and stating they would arrive on the 27th of December. They did not arrive. I contacted the customer care centre again on email on the 27th and 28th of December, and have received no reply. I have also contacted Nintendo to request assistance and received no reply. When I call the Skynet customer care call centre, the call is ended before it is answered. Disgusting. A 9 year old hasn't received his Christmas presents because of bad service.
