Skynet always disappoints

I honestly dont understand why companies like Samsung chooses skynet to deliver. I was suppose to receive my parcel on thursday 06feb2025 but i still did not receive it 11feb2025. Im complaining about the same thing everyone else are complaining about and its that the parcel is out for delivery but the driver decides to return with the parcel without informing a person. I understand we all make mistakes but skynet should atleast notify me or get different driver.
