Skynet a.k.a *****s ,not to be trusted

Im really angry at the horrible service I have been received from Skynet.I was expecting a package from them on Monday (23/10/17) , I called them ( ********** number) on the same day and was told that my address was invalid and they couldn't locate it.I then confirmed the correct address to them and they promised that the delivery will be done on Tuesday(24 oct).I did not receive anything from them on Tuesday,i then phoned them and was told they will deliver on Wednesday (25oct),I did not receive or hear from them on Wednesday.Nothing happened on Thursday as well.I decided to call them on Friday but I could not go through the number ,I then decided to call the elansfontein branch as I have been notified that my parcel was in that branch, that's when I found out that my parcel could not be located and that it might have been ******.i was so horrified in hearing that.Someone needs to take accountability for what has happened to my parcel.Im really disappointed in skynet and will never ever use their service again and I have even informed the supplier I bought the goods to never use Skynet ever again.You are *****s and I want my parcel,sies
