Skynet **** About Delivery – Samsung Should Stop Using Them!
I ordered a phone case from the Samsung Online Shop which was shipped via Skynet (Waybill: ***) and was supposed to be delivered by 31 July 2025. It’s now 2 August, and not only have I not received my parcel, but Skynet has now started lying in their tracking updates.
On Saturday morning (2 August) at 09:42 AM, a Skynet agent called me confirming the parcel was out for delivery and checked if I was home — I said yes and waited all day. Their system even shows the parcel went “Out on Delivery” at 09:49 AM.
Then, at 12:54 PM, the tracking suddenly updated to say: “Delivery Exception: Consignee not available.” This is a lie. I was home all day. No one came. No call. No attempt.
To make things worse, “consignee not available” actually means THEY didn’t have a driver to deliver, not that I wasn’t home — so they blamed me for their own failure.
This is dishonest and manipulative behaviour. Why confirm delivery and then **** a failed attempt?
Samsung, if you’re reading this: I won’t be using your online store again until you stop using Skynet as a courier. They’re unreliable and dishonest.
