Hi
I had such a bad experience when I called. I was told to wait for 10 minutes after 5pm for my parcel but it never came and i had to wait at my office until 6pm, an hour after my office close. I called the next day and told the lady what happened, she was honest and very helpful. Deodeus Turner , gave me peace of mind and helped me out so much compared to the other to agents. Deodeus Turner , Top customer service and so friendly and helpful. Thank you
