First complaint 4 October. Delivered my parcel to the wrong person. Todag 11 October I still cant track my parcel. No one knows where it is. Polokwane branch manager blaming Jhb branch. So my parcel is lost im not getting my replacement goods. And I owe Takealot for a replacement I can't track.
