Skynet is unreliable. Their service is the worst. When callig for an update on a delivery, l was told it would be delivered on Saturday. On Monday when l followed up, I was told it would be delivered Tuesday before 1. On their tracking system my parcel indicated out for delivery in Durban even though my address is Gauteng. There is disorder within the company and their service is reliable.
