SKY NET WORLDWIDE EXPRESS - WHAT A JOKE!

I cannot even rate this as poor service - there is no service whatsoever. I have called and held on in excess of 3 hours with no answer, emailed both the compliance and customer department and not had a response, WhatsApped countless time only to be told a customer service agent would get back to me. I am still waiting. I have had a response at night claiming my delivery would be on the 2 of December, nothing, the 5th of December nothing today 9th of December nothing. I WILL NEVER USE SKYNET AND IF THAT IS THE SERVICE PROVIDER FOR ANYTHING I MAY PURCHASE ONLINE, I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER. I CANNOT BELIEVE THAT RTMC USE SKYNET TO DELIVER SENSITIVE ITEMS SUCH AS CAR LICENCE RENEWALS
