Sky net Worldwide delivery should be s****ped

Sky net delivery suck big time. Their consultants in Elandsfontein branch are full of lies. Everytime one call their centre you just hear these words " the parcel is out for delivery" but can never say when the consignment will be delivered, or "we can't get hold of the driver, but the parcel will be delivered before 5pm today" up to this date, I have received nothing. I've been in contact with them since 13-10-2023 and nothing has been received on my side. I am truly frustrated as I have already paid delivery fees on the 05-10-2023.
