Sky Net Shocking service

I renewed my cars license through the online -natis system. The disk was supposed to have been delivered by Sky Net, I got an notification from them that they would deliver it on the 30th January 2025. Nothing happened. since then I have been trying to contact them on the customer help line nobody answers the phone , I've sent an mail on their web no reply, my advice don't ever use Sky Net for any deliveries they are terrible
