Sky Net Pathetic service

I received an sms on Monday informing me of receiving my parcel & next thing the day went by & even the second one. I then called this morning and get told my parcel is out for delivery & that the driver couldn't find the address, what is the point of providing my cellphone number if they won't utilize it!!! I call again after 12 and get told my parcel is on the floor. Because of how much I'm in need of the parcel I have to now go collect from Sky Net, such inconvenience & I am told I will forfeit the courier amount. **** Sky Net!!!! Nonsensual & pathetic service.
