SKY NET IS THE WORST COURIER SERVICE EVER.

This is the worst delivery service in the world. I was supposed to receive a package but when tracking the delivery, I noticed that the were comments made that I had refused to sign for the delivery where the package was delivered to a work place outside the working hours. I am of the assumption that the security at the gate are the ones who refused to sign for the package. The courier guy/lady didn't even contact me directly to hear as to what the way forward with regards to my package.

Since the 7th December 2024 upon realizing this, I have been calling the call center number *** but that phone just rings and the voice over message tells me to wait and my call will be attended to. Each and everyday I call and stay on the line for at least an hour before hanging up. I have even tried their whatsapp chatbox but also without success.

What frustrates me the most is that I don't know where my package is at as they do not answer their phones. I have also written several emails and they too are not being answered.

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM SKY NET.
