Sky Net IS THE WORST

Completely appalled and frustrated with the service in East London. A Wi-Fi router was supposed to be delivered to me on the 14th of June. I was in work at the time, the driver called me and I told him nobody’s home and my work address was not on his route. I then arranged with him to deliver the router to my work the next day (15th June). Nobody rocked up. Today (19 June) I finally get a hold of them. My router has been sent back to Cape Town because according to them there was nobody to collect the parcel, lies lies lies. I was fuming , livid and boiling when I heard this. Sky net you should be ashamed of yourselves. I can’t even call what you offer a service. I would never recommend you to anyone even if you were the last courier company on earth
