Sky net bad services

Got a call from busi ndala to send a proof of payment on the 21.09.2018 which I have sent the same day. My tracking number is still showing that my parcel is on hold tried calling the call centres very poor services from them everytime I phone them I was put on hold I have sent 2 emails can't get any info from them. Very bad services I would never ever recommend them to anyone
