Since my parcel was out on delivery on friday

Since my parcel was out on delivery on friday. Even today i did not receive any parcel. When i email them i dont get any respond about my parcel even on my whatsapp but i have been calling them sincem friday and the whole of weekend. All they say since from then is the car broke everyday when i call worst part im using my own money to buy that airtime. So unprofessional and very rude. I have been cancelling my plans waiting for them im so ****ed.
