Simply too big to care, quite the opposite of their motto

Its is official, I have now been trying to open an account with this company for the last 2 years.

Each time ends with paperwork getting filled out by me and never gets anywhere after that.

All the promises in the world from reps then even branch managers but thats it.

I think you should just be clear, tell potential clients that you are just not interested in new business , it would save everyone a lot of time.
