Simple clear open communication does not exists :(

Skynet is a disappointment of note Tried calling,kept me on the line for 20min no answer, emailing them twice and you but cannot get hold of anyone, tracking says its out on delivery 2 days ago and we wait and wait. They should not be in business if they cannot provide for their customers. Simple clear open communication does not exists :(
