SH*T SERVICE FROM SKYNET

On the 23rd of February (Friday) i paid for my License disc via Capitec bank and immediately we got a message that it will be delivered on Monday the 25th, the driver called on Monday saying they got our parcel but to my surprise he said it did not have a delivery address, my husband gave him the address because it was being delivered to him, the guy said he will come on Tuesday the 26th but he didn't come even on Wednesday. Thursday i decide to call because I'm in Limpopo and needed my husband to come home with it on Friday, i was told the pacel went back to warehouse because the driver could not find the place, 😡 he went back without calling any of us, the lady helping me asked for the address again and promised it would be delivered on Friday before 14:30 but again it wasn't delivered and nobody called. Monday the 4th of March i call again and i was told it was out for delivery and it will be delivered before 14:00 and again it wasn't delivered and nobody called.What an inconvenience after paying so much, the delivery, the service fee for Capitec and now i have to spend so much money on airtime calling Skynet trying to get my license disc, even today Wednesday the 6th of march i have not received my disc. The reason i wnted it to be delivered to my husband is because i work in Limpopo and i work far from home so i can't have things delivered here they might not find me so the plan was for it to be delivered by Friday the 1st of mach so my husband comes with it here from JHB. 21 days grace period is ending i need that License disc. I wouldn't advice anyone or any business to use skynet even one of your customer service consultants dropped the call on my ear.
