Should get a 0 star review. Skynet is absolutely beyond useless. Every agent tells you a different story - all conflicting with each other. If you point out that another agent told you something else, they kill the call or end the chat...that that is if you even manage to get through to them in the first place.

They also like to kill the call as soon as it connects and transfer you over and over just to kill the call.

No idea how such a company can even exist legally. Must be cadre deployment.
