SHOCKING SERVICE SKYNET

I had to have a parcel delivered. It clearly stated that it must be delivered during the week at 16.50 or on Friday after 13.30. They delivered Monday at 12.00, nobody was home so they took the parcel. Not once have they bothered to communicate with me or respond to my emails or whatsapps. I had to call them only to find out that I had to collect, who said I must collect. I had to call again to ensure the new delivery date. To date still no communication from SkyNet,,shocking service!!
