SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY

I renewed my licence disk on the 16th of Dec 2023 with eNatis. On the 19th of December I received my tracking number from Skynet. To date I have not recieved my disc. Everytime I call holding on for over and hour I get blatant lies. At one point I was even told I can collect on the 23rd of December 2023 which was a saturday they assured me they will be open from 7 - 11. I stopped at the premises at 7 am sharp and waited until 8:30 and NO ONE arrived. It is now the 4th of January 2024 and I have STILL not recieved my disc. I had to resort to pay for a reprint at the post office. SHOCKING SERVICE DELIVERY!!!!!!!!!
