Shocking service

We renewed our car license and paid online through Road Traffic Management Corporation on the 22nd July, this included the courier to deliver the license to our home. We received an SMS on Tuesday 25 July saying that they had our parcel and it was out for delivery. Then on Wednesday (26 July) we received another message saying that it was out for delivery and to make sure that someone was at home to receive it. That was the last communication we had, though the driver logged it as a “bad address”. 2 hours later it was changed to “consignee unavailable”, and yet nobody phoned us or tried to make contact at any point during the day.

On Thursday (27 July), I was told it was out for delivery and when I spoke to the call centre (after phoning 3 times) I was told to expect it between 2 and 5. Not a single phone call from the driver and again he logged “bad address”.

On Friday (28 July) I called the call centre (call number 4) I was told that my parcel is on the floor. No messages. No phone calls. The service we have received is absolutely disgusting. The license has now expired and they were sitting with the license. From what your call centre agent said to us this is not the first complaint that she’s heard of. You knock off at 3pm when people are waiting for their deliveries, some of which are extremely important. Finally got the license yesterday (1 August), so much for Road Traffic Management Corporation promising us that we would receive it in 3 - 5 working days, try 7. Our delivery has 3 stickers on it saying return and the days with reasons 4, 13 (could be a 3 hard to read) and 8 - whatever those mean. Not a single phone call from your driver/s asking for directions or confirming the address or any form of communication from you. I suppose I should be grateful that the I didn't get pulled over while waiting for you to do what you were paid to do and that I didn't get a fine for driving with an expired license.
