Shocking service

Skynet )QwaQwaBranch) is the most un professional service provider I have ever dealt with. Their customer service is shockingly poor. Their consultants are *********** and unprofessional. I made a payment last week (07/04/2024) to have my parcel collected and delivered to Bloemfontein. THIS PARCEL WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN COLECTED ON MONDAY (08/04/2024) and be delivered to Bloemfontein on 09/04/2024. But that has not been done. I spoke to the Guy by the of Michael and asked him about the delay. All he could say was that he was off sick a day before and that's why no arrangement was made to collect and deliver my parcel. How is that for an excuse!! Even now nothing has been done to fulfill my request. What a shocking service, to think that I can't get my request processed because someone was off sick.
