Shocking Service

I am waiting for a delivery and got a message that the delivery was on hold due to incorrect/inaccurate delivery details. When I checked, the information was correct, Skynet has delivered to me at this address before. I sent numerous messages on WhatsApp, after waiting longer than an hour for a response. I got a call from an agent yesterday and confirmed the delivery address with them, but still my parcel says it's on hold. This is absolutely terrible service and if I had a choice I would not use them at all!!!
