Shocking!! Parcel delivered to the wrong address - I had to go and fetch my own parcel?????

Shocking service. if I could give them a 1 star I would. My license disk was delivered to a completely different address and different business. I had to contact SkyNet to ask where my parcel was as it shows delivered and it was not delivered to me.

They than put me on hold forever and came back to tell me that the driver made a mistake and delivered it to a different address - How is this even possible!?

You pay for a courier service and provide the correct and full address and then they go and deliver it to the incorrect address - how am I as a customer supposed to then find out this information?

I then had to drive to the address where my parcel was delivered to go and collect my parcel?

This is absolutely disgusting and ridiculous. How can a document such as your license disk be courier through a courier who is this shocking at service?
