shocking horrible service from skynet worlds horrible delivery company

i have an express delivery for christmas goods that the company i bought from had shipped within days ...my parcel has been with skynet for 3 weeks and i have been calling and e-mailing getting promises daily to receive the parcel it is now almost the new year and still my parcel has not been received . i have been **** to about the delivery only to find out they dispatched same with the wrong driver at a wrong area ...after calling again now the driver and managements phones are off .....pathetic service ...the worst i have ever experienced will be complaining to the supplier direct as well ...they do not deserve the business of such a huge internal company .....
