Shocking Customer Service.

DO NOT USE THIS COURIER Package lying in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) for past 8 days according to their tracking. Two PE numbers do not answer phones. Whatsapp customer service does not respond. National Customer service line either does not ring, or answers and keeps you on hold while they contact the branch, then you get cut off or told the package is out for delivery or will be delivered tomorrow. Despite requests for a call back with an actual delivery date, there has been no response.
