Shocking!

Parcel not delivered, waited the whole day, none of the lines get answered, switchboard line keeps you holding at least 10 mins, when you do speak to someone they don't call back as promised. 2 days later, still no parcel. Cannot even send an email as their website email page shows an error. How convenient, take people's money and goods and they can't do anything about it! Disgusting!
