Shipment delivered incorrectly and not very helpful

Been waiting the whole day for my delivery only to get a notification that it has been delivered but I never signed for it nor did the courier come to my address. No call was made to me. I called was promised delivery today as the courier incorrectly scanned it. Now the dah is almoat over still nothing.You online chat is not helpful at all and I have been holding for more than 8 min to speak to some one.

I want my delivery today

I'm going to say this for the 100th time cause clearly no wants to hear this. I'm aware the shipment says delivered but I did kot receive my parcel and I do not know the person who signed for it. There is no such person at my workplace.
