Shein must stop using Skynet! Or we'll stop buying

I bought items from Shein and have been happy with them till now. In the past they used Buffalo or Imile,both efficient couriers.

This time they decided to use Skynet. They claim they couldn't deliver because I was not home. I was home on the day they claim to have tried to deliver. There was no call from driver. I even confirmed with security at the gate and they confirmed there was no such delivery.

I am now worried that my parcel might be ******. I am having second thoughts about buying from Shein in future because they don't even give customers the option to choose a courier they are happy with.

Shame to Skynet! No wonder they have 1 out of 10 from customers
