Shame on you Skynet Worldwide Express

I have just had the worst ever service by a courier company. Skynet collected my parcel from vodacom on 30 November. Fast forward to 2 December. The parcel went out on delivery. I was home all day and Skynet had two of my cell numbers. Yet the driver didn’t deliver and I see a note on the tracking system that he couldn’t find me. A text also came on the morning of 3 December saying deliver failed. Today 3 December I called the call centre twice. The agents called the driver and said the driver said he will come even after hours as he can see address is residential. Yet the driver never came or called and at 17.39 Sky net sent a text saying deliver failed and I will be contacted to scheduled another delivery. Two full days wasted just like that. I stay in a complex where there are workers and people drive in and out. Anyone who knows the house number can be let in the worst case scenario that my two numbers are off. These drivers are playing games and have no respect for their work. The two call agents I spoke to confirmed that they have my correct home address and cell numbers. There’s no excuse not to find when I am home sitting and waiting for the drivers. This is deplorable and clearly the drivers are used to getting away with it. The calls I made are recorded for all to listen to.
