service, what service?

<p>my parcel has been out for delivery for 2 days now. i have called the call centre about 20 times. they cannot tell me where the parcel is. they put me through to the driver who never answers his phone. parcel coming from randburg to JHB south. not that far</p> <p>this is totally unacceptable</p>
