"Service" ???? REALLY????

I've ordered from Temu on the 27th of October and paid the customs on the 6th of November. On the 12th of November they informed me that SARS requested the proof of payment in the form of a bank statement. I sent them my proof and nothing happened. My latest delivery date was 14 November and it's the 15th already and Skynet ignores emails and Whatsapp messages. I sent them multiple messages on WhatsApp on the 14th of November but didn't get any answer. I received a reply today on the 15th and they only informed me that my package is still at customs and waiting to be released. As if I didn't know that. I want to know why it's not being released and how long do I have to wait. There's been so many complains in the last week that I honestly don't know why companies are still using their "services". If the customer had a say Skynet would already be out of business.
