I am a first time user of Skynet. Skynet were supposed to deliver a parcel to my home yesterday. I waited the whole day and no one came. When I tracked the parcel today, I got a Delivery Exception: Cosignee not available. No one contacted us yesterday. We just received an SMS to wait for the delivery that never came. Please fix this as it is a very urgent parcel. I have been trying to call but I am not getting any help.
