Sadly I'm back again on this platform about the same matter. I must say the level of incompetence I'm dealing with is beyond me. A simple delivery is turning out to be a nightmare. Arrangements were made to deliver and when I follow up I'm being told parcel didn't go out by Phumla, who is very unreliable and doesn't seem to be bothered by my delivery. I then called and spoke to Mabore who also made promises of calling and till not i'm still waiting for her call. I must say really I'm really disappointed in the level of service i'm getting from Skynet and Vodacom.
