Sending back parcels without attempting to deliver them

One of the most *********** logistics companies I’ve ever come across. What do you even mean when you say my parcel was sent back to the sender? First of all, I never received a call or any communication stating that I should be expecting a delivery on any of the days you allegedly tried to deliver. Secondly, I work from home, so there’s no way I could’ve missed the delivery. Yho no man just close down the business if your not going to fulfill your obligations to your customers negative 10 stars. Disgusting !!!
